JAC Board issued important information: Decisions taken in the meeting of the Jharkhand Academic Council Board, and important information has been issued for the students of Jharkhand. It is being said that now all the examinations of Jharkhand will be on the same pattern.
Along with general schools, students of Madhyamik and Madarsa will appear for the examination on OMR sheets. For this, changes will be made in the examination pattern of Madhyamik and Madrasa. This decision was taken in the Jharkhand Academic Council Ranchi (JAC) board meeting on Thursday.
This decision is being taken in the presence of JAC President Dr. Anil Kumar Mahato. For example, in all government schools, the annual examinations of class 8th, Navy, and 11th are taken on OMR sheets.
Whereas the annual examinations of classes 10th and 12th are OMR sheets or written examinations. So now the examinations before Madhyamik and Madrassa will also be taken in the same manner.
So now the students of Madhyamik and Madrasa will be able to prepare for competitive exams like the students of the CBSE ICSC board including JAC.
JAC Board issued important information (Now you will have to register in class 9th for Madhyamik)
Now you will have to register for Madhyamik in class 9th: Apart from this, on the lines of government schools in Madhyamik, registration will have to be done in Navami itself. You used to have to fill out registration and application forms in the 10th class, now you will be able to appear for the Madhyamik exam only after studying for 2 years in schools. At the same time, to pass subject-wise in the Madhyamik examination, the requirement of 30% marks has been increased to 33%. Jac Board has approved removing from the examinations those vocational subjects in which there is neither any student nor any education. Also, the approval of 10 high schools and two inter-colleges were approved. Vice President Vinod Kumar Singh and Secretary HD Tigga Samet Jac Board members were present at the meeting.
JAC Board issued important information (IT cell will be formed in JAC)
IT cell will be formed in JAC. In JAC, IT-related work is currently conducted through conversational sources. The state government has received approval for the formation of an IT cell and the finance department has also given its consent for this. Advertisements will be issued for the formation of IT Cell and candidates meeting the prescribed qualifications will be selected.

JAC Board issued important information (Students from other districts will now be able to take the exam)
If Matriculation and Inter students have registered from any district or school, then they will be able to appear for the examination from other districts schools, and colleges. Their registration number will be transferred to the concerned institute. This provision will be applicable when the parents or guardian of the concerned student has been transferred to another district. Besides, other provisions are also being decided for this.
JAC Board issued important information (you will not have to wait a year for the improvement exam)
Students who pass matriculation and intermediate exams will no longer have to wait for one year for result improvement. Students will be able to appear for improvement exams along with supplementary and compartmental exams to be held in the same year in which they pass the exam. At present there is a provision that if those who have passed the examination in 2023 want to improve their result then they will have to appear in the Matriculation and Inter examination of 2020.
JAC Board issued important information (No re-registration, registration will be done again)
For matriculation i.e. for the 10th class, registration is done in the 9th class, and for the 12th class, registration is done in the 11th class. It is valid for 3 years. If you have been in the same class for 3 years and appear for the exam in the fourth year, there was a provision for re-registration. There used to be no change in the subject, but now instead of re-registration, re-registration will have to be done after 3 years. In this, you will also be able to change the subject of your choice.
